Ahara or diet is for the sustenance and maintenance of health; and Aushadhi or medicine is for the treatment of illness and restoring balance and for health and well-being.
The Ahara and Nutrition Portal (ANP) is an attempt at aggregating and building open knowledge on the traditional science of diet and recipes; integrated with modern nutritional concepts; the Ahara and Nutrition Portal (ANP). Over the past few years, TDU has embarked on curating and aggregating knowledge in traditional diet and recipes; its ayurvedic characteristics and its relation to health and well-being; along with modern nutritional properties.
